Lori Arnold, Author and Christian motherhood writer

About Me

Hi! I’m Lori and I’m so glad you’re here.

I believe that everyone has unique and equally significant gifts, talents, and abilities, that attitude is everything, life is to be cherished, moms should receive an Oscar-style swag bag when leaving the hospital, and we should all strive to leave the world a better place than we found it. I have experience as a Division I athlete, MBA-trained researcher, mother, personal trainer, volunteer, author, and recovering perfectionist.

Above and beyond all else, my trust in God guides everything I do.

Early motherhood rocked my world and continues to challenge me to get clear on what matters most in the journey of child-raising.

My work is singularly geared toward helping moms win the long game. Whether you are looking for tips (or a whole book!) on first-time momming, how to thrive in our culture (and teach our kids to do the same), or how to take care of your irreplaceable self, I hope you find the tools and encouragement to help you make the difference God is calling you to make.

Check out the book, browse through the blog posts, and join our team of moms, working to win the long-game!
